With the recent changes in CDC guidelines and the availability of vaccines, boosters, and antiviral treatments, as of November 1, mask usage by visitors, when attending performances or events at the West End Theater (the “Theater”) is encouraged but no longer required. While New York City Ballet strongly recommends vaccination against COVID-19, proof of vaccination is also not currently required.
Acknowledgment
Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees that there are inherent risks to health and safety associated with attendance at any Theater performance or Studios event. Risks include, but are not limited to, the possibility of contracting COVID-19, a variant of COVID-19, and any other communicable diseases (collectively, "Illnesses") any of which can result in unforeseen impacts on one's health and, in some cases, loss of life. Ticket Holder acknowledges the decision to attend a Theater performance or Studio event is voluntary, solely within Ticket Holder's discretion, assumes all risks, and understands the Theater and Studios do not and cannot prevent the spread of such Illnesses. If you feel ill, have any onset symptoms of COVID-19, or test positive for COVID-19, you agree not to come to the Theater or the Studios.
No drink /alcohol or food allowed in the theater.
Electronic Devices
Please turn off cell phones and other electronic devices while in the theater. Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Refunds
All sales are final. There will be no refunds on either subscription or single tickets.
